Ordering
- Invite Me 2 comes to you. We try and take all the hassle out of organising your invitations or graphic design enquiries. All meetings are by appointment only and will be arranged for a time that suits you after business hours. It has been the case on some occasions where the busy lifestyles of our clients gets in the way of a face to face meeting or perhaps you may live out of town, with technology today most things can be done over email and and samples sent via post.
- Invite Me 2 will send you a personalised quote for your order, if you then decide to go ahead we will forward you invitation wording samples and an excel spreadsheet for your guest lists.
- If you accept the quote a 50% deposit is required.
- All information for invitations is to be supplied by you electronically, how you wish them to appear on your invitation.
- Sample soft copy PDF is sent via email for you to proof. Once this is ok’d and there are no further changes to be made we will express post a final hardcopy.
- Once given the ok by you in writing via email invitations will be printed.
TIME FRAMES
You should allow 3-4 weeks from initial meeting til delivery for the production of your invitations. Invitations should go out 8 weeks prior to the Wedding Day (Birthdays and Christenings allow 6-4 weeks prior). An express service is available but it depends on demand at the time and there is a surcharge of 10%. This is if you want your invitations within 10 working days.
